Disclaimer on the use of drones and docking stations

  1. The drones, docking stations and any other robotics supplied by DroneStars (‘Products’) are to be used strictly in accordance with the official instructions, user manuals and operating guidelines provided by DroneStars. The Products are designed and intended solely for their prescribed purposes as outlined in these materials. Any use outside these intended functions, including but not limited to experimental, unauthorised or dual-use applications, is strictly prohibited.
  2. The Products may not be adapted, modified or repurposed for any activities beyond its designated scope of operation. Specifically, the Products are not intended for military, surveillance or any other non-commercial or non-approved applications. Users expressly agree not to employ the Products in any manner that could be classified as dual-use, as defined under applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to export control legislation.
  3. Users of the Products are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including aviation regulations, privacy laws, safety standards and data protection requirements. DroneStars disclaims any liability arising from the unlawful, unauthorised or negligent use of the Products.
  4. The safe and proper operation of the Products is the exclusive responsibility of the user. Users must ensure that all operators are properly trained, licensed (where required) and fully familiar with the manufacturer’s instructions prior to deployment. DroneStars assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, damages or losses resulting from misuse, non-compliance or operation beyond the intended use.
  5. Any warranties, guarantees or service obligations provided by DroneStars or the manufacturer are strictly limited to use of the Products in accordance with the prescribed instructions and intended applications. DroneStars expressly disclaims any warranty or liability in cases of modification, misuse or deployment for purposes not expressly authorised.
  6. Under no circumstances shall DroneStars or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages resulting from improper, unauthorised or unlawful use of the Products. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DroneStars against any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising out of or connected to such misuse.
